Key Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact for customers requesting new electrical connections, alterations to their supply, disconnections, and diversions to the route of their electricity supply.
- Provide excellent customer service, facilitating site meetings and keeping customers updated throughout their journey with us.
- Deliver both the connection quotation and the delivery of the connection works to time, cost, and quality.
- Understand customer requirements and produce scheme designs using relevant business tools, in compliance with our design rules, policies, and technical standards.
- Plan and schedule labor, materials, and liaise with contractors to meet customer delivery dates and requirements.
- Ensure the highest level of safety standards are achieved throughout the design and delivery of the works, considering all stakeholders.
- Ensure the works have been completed to the customer's satisfaction and immediately rectify any identified issues.
- Manage workload to meet our regulatory targets.
- Customer Service - Demonstrate great customer service skills and take ownership of the end-to-end customer service provision.
- Effective Communicator - Adapt your communication style to your audience, show empathy, and build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent Project Management Skills - Plan, organize, and manage competing priorities of varying levels of complexity, using your own initiative.
- Team Player - Work well in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and maintain a quality customer service.
- Problem Solving - Work through complex situations, identify solutions, and ensure jobs are effectively delivered on time, to cost, and meeting customer needs.

- GCSE grade C/5 or above in Maths and English.
- IT skills, including use of Microsoft applications specifically Word and Excel.
- Full UK driving license.
- Possess an ONC in Electrical Engineering or be working towards this qualification.
- Basic understanding of the power distribution network, including New Connections and Connections regulatory and legislative framework.
- Proven experience of project or financial management for delivering work within time and budget.
- Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental management IOSH.
£36,929 - £47,541 (Industrial Level 3 pay point 7-12)
