Location: Manchester and Liverpool
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in the Northwest. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects in Liverpool and Manchester, with values ranging from GBP20 million to GBP100 million.
You will work closely with the Construction Director to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your role will involve managing site teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience as a Contracts Manager or in multi-project management
- SMSTS certification
- Ability to manage a site team and drive projects to completion
