Job Title: Construction Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Probuild Recruitment Solutions. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects in Liverpool and Manchester, with values ranging from GBP20 million to GBP100 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to schedules.
- Collaborate with the Construction Director to develop and implement project plans.
- Supervise site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, optimizing project efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams.
- SMSTS certification and experience with all aspects of site management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Up-to-date knowledge of construction industry trends and best practices.
