Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Designer to join our team in London. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging packaging designs that showcase our products in the best possible light.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop packaging concepts that meet our brand's aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure packaging designs align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging design, ensuring our products remain competitive in the market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's values, target audience, and product offerings to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with our senior graphic designer and creative director to ensure design consistency and quality across all packaging materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and graphic design principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the toy or consumer products industry is a plus, but not required.
