Job Title: Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator (Temporary)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator to join our team at Handle Recruitment on a temporary basis. As an Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Ensure the kitchen and office are stocked with supplies, including ordering stationery on a weekly basis
  • Assist the C-Team with additional ad-hoc PA duties as required
  • Liaise with booked-in contractors when the facilities manager is out of the office
  • Coordinate office maintenance appointments
  • Be flexible and adaptable to new ways of working

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new ways of working
