Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of weekly and monthly operational performance reporting for both GXO and the customer.
- Collaboration with the on-site and central HR team to resolve queries, ensure effective communication of issues, and manage over or under payments.
- Assistance to the Regional Finance Manager in improving and developing reporting processes and procedures.
- Providing variance analysis with adequate commentary and aiding operational management in the interpretation of results.
Requirements for Success
- Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent, with current studies towards completion.
- Knowledge of financial management systems and experience with SAP would be advantageous.
- Experience with open book contracts is desirable.
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
