Concierge (Full-Time) Job Description

We are seeking an authentic and driven Concierge to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a uniquely personal experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for our guests and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Provide recommendations within the city for dining, drinking, and adventuring.
  • Deal with queries and guest requests, ensuring all our guests leave with a smile on their face.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work 40 hours across 5 days (shift times will vary, weekend availability is essential).
  • Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge, or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the local area and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Passion for interacting with guests, this is a hugely hands-on role that requires great personal skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Opera.
  • A full-UK drivers license would be desired.
