Job Title: Concierge (Full-Time) - Edinburgh

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel in Edinburgh. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about the local area, including restaurants, bars, and attractions, and be able to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Manage guest requests, including arranging reservations, booking tickets, and making travel arrangements.
  • Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure that all guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the local area and ability to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
