Job Title: Senior Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Reliant Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support across all aspects of order processing and sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end process of order handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order placement to delivery.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Handle all export-related paperwork, including compliance with international regulations, to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
  • Provide post-sales support, resolving customer queries and handling returns or warranty issues.
  • Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Liaise with various departments including logistics, production, and finance to ensure a seamless workflow.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales support or order processing role, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to inspire and mentor colleagues.
