Sales Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Reliant Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Processing: Manage the entire order handling process, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Sales Support: Provide exceptional support to our sales team, preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients.
- Export Documentation: Handle all export-related paperwork, including compliance with international regulations, to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Aftersales Support: Deliver post-sales support, resolving customer queries and handling returns or warranty issues.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including logistics, production, and finance, to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Proven experience in sales support or order processing, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
