Care Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered to our residents.
Main Responsibilities- Provide specialist nursing support and advice to colleagues and residents
- Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
- Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care and service
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Valid NMC Pin
- Knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice
- Background in person-centred care planning within a care home
- Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
- Paid NMC PIN renewal and Nursing Times Membership
