Female Positive Behaviour Wake Night Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Wake Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Wake Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those on the autistic spectrum.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing effective day-to-day shift cover to support the needs of our service users
- Working within a small team to ensure our service users receive the care and support they need, in line with their agreed support plans
- Implementing agreed behavioural interventions and assessment methods
- Being adaptable and versatile in your approach to challenging situations
- Maintaining and developing yourself, as well as developing positive links in the local community
Requirements:
- Experience in working with complex individuals and a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Positive Behaviour Training would be an advantage, but you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of working with complex people and the challenges they face
- Forward-thinking and able to use communication to facilitate and break down barriers to good care
