About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Positive Behaviour Wake Night Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective day-to-day shift cover that supports the needs of our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with a small team to ensure our service users receive the care and support they need, in line with their agreed support plans.
  • Implement agreed behavioural interventions and effectively assess and intervene in challenging situations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our service users, building trust and confidence.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of care and support plans for the individuals you support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience in working with complex individuals, particularly those with autism and challenging behaviours.
  • Positive Behaviour Training or a willingness to undergo training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to your practice.
