Are you a proactive and organized individual with a knack for multitasking and a passion for administration? We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our London office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, providing vital support to our Directors, CFO, and Accounts Department. You will manage a wide range of administrative tasks and maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to Directors, CFO, and the Accounts Department, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization.
- Reception and Communication: Respond to inquiries professionally, ensure messages are relayed promptly and accurately, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate office events, including daily lunches for the team and other staff gatherings, research and book venues and restaurants for meetings and events, and manage logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring it is fully stocked with necessary supplies, including beverages, stationery, and other essentials.
- Fleet Management: Maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, scheduling regular maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Mail and Courier Services: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including arranging for courier services, taxis, and deliveries as required.

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in administrative roles
