Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Training Specialist to enhance our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their careers in a supportive office environment.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Role Type: Temporary to Permanent position with comprehensive training provided; prior experience in parts is not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and processing orders efficiently.
- Managing basic catalog inquiries while collaborating with a dynamic internal sales team.
- Conducting basic sales analysis and preparing internal reports.
- Taking sales orders via telephone or email and ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
