About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Apprentice Assistant Manager to join our team at The Bell Hotel. As an ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for covering duty manager shifts, supporting the management team in creating an inclusive culture, and leading and developing the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Apprenticeship Program

Our apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a senior managerial role within our estate. You will have access to online and face-to-face workshops, masterclasses, and webinars, as well as a dedicated coach for 1-2-1 sessions and progress reviews.

Requirements
  • The course length is anything between 15-18 months, including 3 months for End Point Assessment
  • You will have access to at least 6 hours per week to complete your off-the-job training (On & Off site)
  • You will need to attend training at the Hospitality Management Academy
Future Opportunities

Upon successful completion of this level 4 apprenticeship, you may progress into a senior managerial role within our estate, with opportunities to work towards becoming a General Manager and further developing your career with Shepherd Neame.
