We are seeking two Senior Housing Officers to join our Neighbourhoods team in the South Region. As a Senior Housing Officer, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, colleagues, and partners, working within your own local patch of homes.
Key Responsibilities- Collect rent and support customers to reduce arrears
- Allocate vacant properties to new customers
- Investigate incidents of anti-social behaviour and take proportionate tenancy enforcement action
- Understand customers' individual needs and make relevant links with support organisations
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners
We take an agile approach to work, so you will spend your time working with customers on your patch, with colleagues at your local Great Places office, and from your home. Our Senior Housing Officers deliver high-quality housing and estate management to our valued customers, supporting our commitment to sustainable neighbourhoods while promoting integrity, inclusivity, and respect for diversity within our communities.
