IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced insurance professional to take on the role of Head of International Non Marine Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business unit, working closely with clients and underwriters to drive growth from new and existing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of international clients across various business lines, including Property, Casualty, Cyber, Technology, and Financial Lines.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the management of the business unit's profit and loss (P&L) and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
