Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team at Monsoon Accessorize. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and management of purchasing documents, including purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely restocking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure excellent service and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
