Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring the team delivers outstanding dishes while maximizing profitability.
  • Demonstrating a deep knowledge of our menu and specifications, while inspiring your team with your passion for food.
  • Organizing shifts, ensuring adequate food preparation, and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Collaborating with the entire restaurant team to create memorable experiences for our guests, taking pride in the quality and presentation of all dishes.
  • Maintaining a pristine kitchen environment, adhering to our established policies and guidelines, and ensuring your team does the same.
