Job Title: Marketing Effectiveness Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Effectiveness Director to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing Market Mix Modelling and Econometrics projects, as well as managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver on MMM/Econometrics projects, driving business growth and revenue improvement
  • Liaise directly with clients and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including senior executives and business leaders
  • Establish and convert new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in data-driven marketing strategies
  • Evaluate P&L to drive improvements in pricing and resource use, ensuring optimal business performance
  • Manage and mentor a team of Econometricians, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Develop and implement integrated business recommendations, aligning with client business planning and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering on MMM/Econometrics projects, with a strong focus on business growth and revenue improvement
  • Ability to be hands-on and build MMM projects from scratch, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and interpretation
  • Previous agency experience is essential, with a strong background in team management and leadership
