We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Marketing Effectiveness to join our team in London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, owning a £multi-million P&L
  • Mentor analysts from junior to principal level around econometric/MMM methods to analyze marketing effectiveness
  • Manage a team who build technical models from scratch, with a focus on hands-off management for senior roles
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business, including the systems team who specialize in software development
  • Embed MMM and econometric learnings into tangible outcomes for clients
Requirements
  • Experience leading teams in the MMM/Econometrics space, with a proven track record of owning client relationships
  • Experience owning a P&L of £1m+ would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of marketing effectiveness and ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
