Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all staff and visitors.
  • IT Management: Lead the operational delivery of IT services, ensuring a fit-for-purpose infrastructure, hardware, and software.
  • Health and Safety: Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety policy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
  • Contract Management: Procure and manage contractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring the highest standards of delivery and best value for money.
  • Project Management: Develop, cost, tender for, and deliver capital and refurbishment projects, managing budgets and liaising with professional services and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, IT management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and contracts.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.

  • A competitive salary band of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
