Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the UK plush Brand and Marketing team in executing essential product, marketing, and retail strategies across all plush brands in Europe.
  • Maintain and manage product line plans and other vital brand documentation, ensuring timely communication of updates.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create top-tier online retail listings.
  • Facilitate internal communications regarding stock timelines.
  • Engage in regular meetings with US brand teams, serving as a communication liaison.
  • Work closely with brand and sales teams across European offices.
  • Coordinate with European distributors on brand assets and product updates.
  • Assist in the new product setup process and the execution of plush marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media brand ambassadors to ensure consistent online presence.
  • Gather and analyze retail placement, sales, and marketing data across all plush brands.
  • Conduct in-store and online retail audits and monthly competitor analysis.
  • Submit approvals for product, retail, and marketing materials to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing trade and consumer events and support PR initiatives and award submissions.
