About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Safestore. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and implement changes to optimize results.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the storage industry and its trends.
