About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Safestore. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the wider Safestore team to share best practices and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data to drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
