About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Safestore. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
- Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard, with a focus on customer safety and security.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and implement changes to drive growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.
