Attendance and Welfare Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Attendance and Welfare Support Service as a permanent full-time Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the service and contributing to the delivery of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Attendance and Welfare Support Officers
- Undertake key tasks to support the duties of the Attendance and Welfare Support Service
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
