Divisional Manager - AHP Sector

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Manager to lead our AHP division in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a team of Recruitment Consultants focused on the recruitment and placement of AHP professionals within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and margin growth within the AHP sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Work closely with the team to increase candidate attraction and establish a strong candidate pipeline
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AHP sector
  • Deal with client and candidate queries and take ownership to follow up and ensure they are dealt with efficiently
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in a similar role within an agency setting
  • Knowledge of the variety of disciplines and modalities within AHP as well as the necessary registrations and validations
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of leading, inspiring, and motivating a team
  • Proven track record of success in an AHP agency recruitment role
  • Career driven and hardworking with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and influence others, and a professional outlook and approach
