Job Duties

This role is both challenging and varied.

As a Claims and Inquests Coordinator, you will manage a diverse caseload of claims and inquests, adhering to relevant policies and procedures. You will be expected to meet tight deadlines and engage with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, legal representatives, NHS Resolution, HM Coroner, law enforcement, and the public.

Qualifications and Experience

Required

  • Law Degree or equivalent experience.
  • English Language GCSE or equivalent.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with or experience in the NHS.

  • Recent experience in a high-stakes legal environment.
  • Proven ability to manage workload effectively and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong prioritization skills.

  • Experience with inquests.
