Sales Development Executive

FIND, a specialist staffing business, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically promote skills and learning solutions to employers, fostering long-term relationships with organisations across the UK.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth targets, including key client account growth and new business acquisition.
- Effectively communicate the value of Apprenticeship programs to diverse audiences and stakeholders, including employers, educators, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with training providers and employers.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in working in a B2B sales role in a private education environment, with a proven track record of driving and closing a sales pipeline through a solution-selling approach within the Public Sector.
- Preferred: Experience in selling leadership and management programs and/or data and digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of the Skills and Apprenticeship landscape, including current trends and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Results-driven and target-focused, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Competitive base salary of £50,000, plus a performance-related bonus of up to £20,000.
