We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an administrative assistant to join our team at Lincoln College.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the management, staff, and apprentices within the Apprenticeship Progress Support Team.
- Undertake various administrative tasks related to the running of the Apprenticeship Progress Support Team, including but not limited to:
- Managing schedules and calendars
- Preparing and distributing reports
- Coordinating meetings and events
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
