Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Beverage Development Executive to lead the development of our brand new Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and running cross-functional squads, implementing Agile product development and DevOps practices, and selecting toolsets to enable end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on development responsibilities as a squad lead, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the squads expand.
  • Establishing practices and procedures to enable Agile product development and a DevOps model.
  • Selecting and implementing toolsets to support end-to-end product development.
  • Leading and managing cross-functional squads, with a focus on software development, recruitment, and working practices.
  • Developing and implementing UX-focused applications, with a strong background in Java, Node.JS, and Angular.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in building and running development and operations teams, ideally with cross-functional DevOps experience.
  • Strong software development background, with expertise in Java, Node.JS, and Angular.
  • Experience with Agile product development and UX-focused applications.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
