Job Title: Arabic Speaking Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Arabic speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Edinburgh.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global travel service provider, providing 24/7 customer service in 19 different languages. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to various travel queries and providing resolutions via call, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our customers, handling queries with empathy, patience, and compassion.
  • Attend regular team huddles and keep up to date with the latest promotions, initiatives, and company policies/procedures.
  • Assist in ad hoc assigned projects and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience and fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Effective communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and logical in challenging situations, with excellent problem-solving skills.
