About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Arabic speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to various travel queries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and developments
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and proficient typing abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and logical in challenging situations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic approach with a desire to hit sales targets and passionate about continuous development
