Position: Assistant General Manager of Operations
Our client is a prestigious 4-star establishment, dedicated to providing guests with an unforgettable and opulent experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure precise inventory management and resource allocation.
2. Facilitate ongoing training and development initiatives to uphold exceptional service standards.
3. Optimize employee schedules to achieve targeted wage percentages.
4. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to enhance food and beverage services.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a comparable position.
- Demonstrated expertise in hospitality management or a related leadership capacity.
- Knowledge of pertinent regulations (Food Safety, Health & Safety, Liquor Licensing).
- Strong commercial insight and financial understanding.
