About the Role:

We are a family-owned bakery with a passion for quality and a commitment to excellence. As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a safe and efficient manner, reporting any issues to the appropriate person as required.
  • Responsible for meeting all hygiene work requirements allocated to you by following operating procedures and works instructions.
  • Complete work accurately and store HACCP paperwork as required and within appropriate time scales.
  • Work as a member of a team, helping to implement and carry out all company working practices and achieve team objectives.
  • Identify and suggest ideas for improvement.
  • Take responsibility for your own development and continuous improvement.
