In this pivotal role, you will manage and guide our Print Production team, ensuring that all operations are executed with accuracy and effectiveness. Your proficiency will enable the company to maintain outstanding service delivery as it continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Oversee and allocate team resources to fulfill business and client needs, ensuring production goals and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Operational Coordination: Assign responsibilities, establish priorities, and schedule tasks for team members based on workload, deadlines, and resource availability.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor project advancements, identify potential challenges, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
Client Service Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to ensure service delivery meets both client and internal expectations.
Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and workflow.
Technology Implementation: Advocate for the integration of new technologies and standardize processes across the team to boost efficiency.
Coaching & Mentoring: Identify training requirements, set objectives, and provide guidance and support to both new and existing team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance metrics and lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Team Environment: Cultivate a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and effective problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
In-depth knowledge of printing processes, particularly in large format or point-of-sale print.
Demonstrated experience in managing teams of production coordinators, project managers, and internal client management functions.
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet stringent deadlines and targets.
Strong prioritization skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with advanced problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
