About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Coordinator to join our team at Countrywide. As a Mortgage Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Mortgage Consultants and customers throughout the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Mortgage Consultants, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of mortgage applications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless mortgage processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a mortgage administration or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
