About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of key accounts. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Sell ERP software solutions to key accounts in the manufacturing, engineering, and distribution industries
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing products
  • Account Management
    • Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow key accounts
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Have a deep understanding of the manufacturing, engineering, and distribution industries and their specific software needs

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the software industry
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer
