Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a key player in a leading firm, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment and gain unparalleled exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Deliver exceptional service to clients consistently, ensuring their financial needs are met with precision and expertise.
  • Audit Oversight and Budgeting: Take the lead on audits for various clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Commercial Insight: Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Operational Management: Efficiently coordinate schedules and staffing, ensuring seamless execution of audit plans.
  • Business Growth Initiatives: Develop and evaluate proposals, participate in promotional activities, and identify growth opportunities that drive business success.
  • Administrative Support: Monitor staff schedules and workloads, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.
  • Training and Professional Development: Provide constructive feedback and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Billing Management and Commercial Acumen: Oversee billing procedures and maintain commercial awareness, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, or ACCA) with extensive background in external audit.
  • Proficient in business development tasks and networking, with a strong track record of building relationships and driving growth.
  • Expertise in applying accounting and auditing standards, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Effective communication and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong organisational aptitude to address diverse needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Experience in monitoring client expenditures within budgetary limits, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
