Administration Team Lead Immunisation

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Lead to join our Immunisation and Vaccination Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an effective administration function and supervising the Administration Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the Administrators dealing with queries from Vaccination Centres.
- Resolve and answer general routine operational questions and problems, offering support and guidance.
- Assist the Business Support Manager in ensuring that the departmental Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Maths and Literacy L2
- NVQ3 in a relevant subject or equivalent
- Previous experience of working within a Call Centre environment
- Customer service experience and IT literate using Microsoft packages in a previous admin role
- Advanced keyboard skills
Desirable
- Previous NHS office/admin experience
- Knowledge of WPAS & Welsh Clinical Portal
