Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a safe and friendly environment. The successful candidate will have experience working with SEN children or adults and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individual students with SEN in their studies
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to engage students with unique needs
  • Work collaboratively with qualified teachers to provide a supportive learning environment
  • Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  • Assist with sensory play and other activities to promote student engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN children or adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable organization and punctuality
  • Knowledge of Autism, ADHD, and ADD needs

What We Offer:

  • Competitive rate of £425-£500 per week
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends
  • Full-time, term-time only
  • ASAP start
