Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Position

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. The successful candidate will be supporting teachers in providing a child-centred approach to pupils aged 4-16, with a majority having Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting teachers in the classroom
* Providing individual support to pupils with special educational needs
* Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with pupils with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties
* Transferable skills from a care background
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
