About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Valuer to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Valuer, you will be responsible for dealing with new business generation, valuing, and listing properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and follow up on valuations
  • Work to targets around listings and conversion rates
  • Prospect for new business and monitor business generation and targets for your branch
  • Carry out sales and lettings valuations
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in estate agency
  • Excellent communication skills and a target-driven approach
  • Ability to close sales and have a flexible approach
  • Full, clean driving license and use of your own car
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
  • Bonus scheme, commission pay, loyalty bonus, and performance bonus
