Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market valuations for potential sellers' properties, utilizing the best available data and comparable property sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout their journey.
- Negotiate sales and coordinate with the team to achieve successful sales outcomes.
- Liaise with solicitors and other third parties to ensure seamless transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of the property market, including trends and market analysis.
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Strong valuation experience in sales and lettings, with a focus on commercial properties.
