Job Summary:

Gillespie Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Estate/Letting Agent to join our client's team as a Valuer. Our client is an established Estate Agent in the industry, and we are looking for a professional with a proven track record in business development and valuation experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market valuations for potential sellers' properties, utilizing the best available data and comparable property sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout their journey.
  • Negotiate sales and coordinate with the team to achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Liaise with solicitors and other third parties to ensure seamless transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge of the property market, including trends and market analysis.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong valuation experience in sales and lettings, with a focus on commercial properties.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle, with a strong understanding of the local property market.
