Access Control & ID Operator Role

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties Include:

  • Access Control Oversight: Manage and supervise access control systems, ensuring only authorized individuals gain entry.
  • Asset Oversight: Efficiently track and manage assets, maintaining security and accountability.
  • Technical Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor and resolve any technical issues related to access control systems.
  • Project Assistance: Provide crucial support for ongoing projects, enhancing security and operational success.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed monthly reports to ensure all activities are accurately recorded.
  • Team Meetings: Participate in regular meetings, offering insights and staying updated on important developments.
Essential Skills

Key Competencies Required:

  • Communication & IT Skills: Strong written communication abilities and proficiency in computer systems for managing access control.
  • Security Mindset: Maintain a high level of vigilance to ensure the safety of the premises.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on accuracy in all tasks, from issuing access controls to managing assets.
  • Reliability & Adaptability: Consistently dependable with a flexible approach to meet job demands.
Qualifications
  • SIA License
  • Driver's license with access to personal transportation or reasonable commuting distance
  • 5-year verifiable history with supporting right to work documents
  • 5 years or more of security experience
