About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Access Control & ID Operator to join our team at Securitas Security Services.

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your extensive experience in access control and security operations in a prestigious setting with a strong emphasis on security and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Control Management: Manage access control systems, ensuring secure and efficient access to the estate.
  • Asset Management: Track and manage assets efficiently, maintaining security and accountability across the site.
  • Technical Fault Monitoring: Monitor and address any technical issues with access control systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Project Support: Provide essential support for ongoing projects, contributing to the estate's security and operational success.
  • Reporting: Compile accurate and detailed monthly reports, ensuring all activities are well-documented.
  • Meetings: Attend regular meetings, offering valuable insights and staying informed on key updates.

Key Skills Required:

  • Literacy & Computer Skills: Strong written communication and proficiency in computer systems for managing access control and generating reports.
  • Security Awareness: Maintain a high level of vigilance and awareness to ensure the safety of the estate.
  • Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks, from issuing access controls to tracking assets.
  • Punctual & Flexible: Consistently reliable with a flexible approach to meet the demands of the role.
Essential Skills
  • SIA License
  • Drivers license with access to own vehicle or within a reasonable commuting distance
  • 5 year checkable history with supporting RTW documents
  • 5 years or more security experience
