The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Senior Security Operations Manager to lead our core security support functions, including the Security Operations Centre and Resourcing teams.
The successful candidate will be a key driver in our Senior Management Team and will be responsible for the central security functions listed above. Each area has its own department lead reporting directly into the Head of Support Services.
We require exceptional leadership and management skills with a strong focus on business priorities along with a deep understanding of commercial and business intelligence. Solid foundations in being able to balance the organisational priorities in alignment with the strategic intent.
Reporting to the COO, the successful role holder will be expected to operate with authority and autonomy whilst remaining intimately engaged with our vision of delivering service excellence. Security industry experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Security Operations Centre and Resourcing teams
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improvement
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
